All too often Program and Projects are individually governed and only during the execution phase. As Sandwalker we offer a tailored governance methodology (SAFE™) that looks at the entire portfolio, operating in concert organisation's strategy and business operating model. This framework helps ensure:

• Right programs and projects are selected
• Business cases are objective and factual
• Selection is aligned to organisational strategy
• Execution is stage-gated based on meeting specific criteria
• Implementation is viewed as the start not the end
• Benefit realisation is integrated and formally tracked
